Your Right to Return
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return your purchase for any reason.
Return Timeframes
- You must notify Magpie’s Nest within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return an item.
- Once your return is approved, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Conditions of Return
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Jewellery must not have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery.
- All original packaging (where applicable) must be included.
Return Postage
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Magpie’s Nest cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
- Original postage costs are refunded only where required by law (e.g. faulty or misdescribed items).
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to wear, misuse, or third-party alterations
- Items returned outside the stated timeframes
Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If an item arrives faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs. Your statutory rights are not affected.
