Magpie’s Nest is a UK-based sole trader business specialising in the sale of vintage and second-hand jewellery.
All items are sold online only.
By placing an order with Magpie’s Nest, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Products & Descriptions
All items sold are vintage or second-hand unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Due to the nature of vintage jewellery, items may show signs of age or wear, which form part of their character and history.
Any noticeable flaws, damage, or repairs will be clearly described and/or photographed in the listing.
Measurements, weights, materials, and gemstone identifications are provided in good faith based on experience and testing where appropriate, but should be considered approximate.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
 Prices reflect the age, condition, materials, and rarity of each piece.
 Magpie’s Nest is not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged.

4. Orders & Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Orders are confirmed once payment has cleared.
Each item is one-of-a-kind; once sold, it cannot be replaced.

5. Shipping
Orders are dispatched to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping methods and costs are displayed at the time of purchase.
Proof of postage and tracking (where applicable) will be provided.
Magpie’s Nest is not responsible for delays caused by postal services once the item has been dispatched however if an order is delayed please contact us asap so that it can be investigated.
If an order is confirmed as lost or damaged during transit Magpies Nest will provide an appropriate remedy.

6. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of goods passes to the customer once payment is received.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
 
7. Care & Wear
Vintage jewellery should be worn with care. Magpie’s Nest cannot be held responsible for damage caused by improper use, resizing by third parties, or general wear after purchase.

8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Magpie’s Nest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of purchased items.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
