UK Delivery
Standard Delivery (Tracked48 Royal Mail)
- FREE UK delivery on all orders
- Estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days

Next Day Delivery (Tracked24 Royal Mail)
- £5.00
- Estimated delivery time: 1 working day (UK mainland, excluding bank holidays)
- Cut off 12pm (orders received after this time will be sent next day for delivery the following day)

Special Delivery Pre 1pm (Royal Mail)
- £15.00
- Delivery next working day before 1pm (UK mainland, excluding bank holidays)
- Cut off 12pm (orders received after this time will be sent next day for delivery pre 1pm the following day)
Special Delivery Pre Saturday (Royal Mail)
- £20.00
- Delivery Saturday (UK mainland, excluding bank holidays)
- Cut off 12pm (orders received after this time will be sent next day for the following Saturday.
This service is a guaranteed timed delivery, fully tracked, signed for, and insured, making it ideal for higher-value items or urgent orders.
Insurance & Tracking
- All items sent by Magpie’s Nest are fully insured for their sale value.
- All parcels are sent using tracked delivery services, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- Higher-value items may be sent using enhanced insured services (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery) to ensure maximum security.
- Third party insurers are used where full insurance is not available with the delivery provider.
In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost in transit, Magpie’s Nest will:
- Investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
- Compensate or refund the customer once the loss is confirmed, in line with the courier’s insurance process.
Please note:
- Customers must ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
- Magpie’s Nest cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs, but insured items remain covered in the event of confirmed loss.
Returns & Refunds
Your Right to Return
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return your purchase for any reason.
Return Timeframes
- You must notify Magpie’s Nest within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return an item.
- Once your return is approved, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Conditions of Return
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Jewellery must not have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery.
- All original packaging (where applicable) must be included.
Return Postage
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Magpie’s Nest cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
- Original postage costs are refunded only where required by law (e.g. faulty or misdescribed items).
Non-Returnable Items

- Items damaged due to wear, misuse, or third-party alterations
- Items returned outside the stated timeframes
Faulty or Misdescribed Items
If an item arrives faulty or significantly not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs.
